The initiative “Manager for a Day” on October 12, 2017 Municipal Guarantee Fund for SMEs welcomed his young manager one day. The program aims to launch a career realization of students aged between 16 and 23 years. Senior professionals from business, services, institutions and NGOs have opened the doors of their organizations motivated students and share their experiences with young people.
Erica Delibasheva e 125 graduated High School with “Entrepreneurship and Business ” and currently is first-rate “Public Administration” at Sofia University. She participated for the second time in the initiative “Manager for one day”, but the first time was part of the team OGFMSP one day. Erica got acquainted with the activity of OGFMSP and get a lot of useful information from the fund manager Mr. Kiril Grigorov. This only enable it and and helped to gain even greater experience to develop their leadership skills.
